Hamilton Celtics Basketball x The Holiday Shoebox Project for Women
For the second year in a row, the Hamilton Celtics Basketball Club is participating the in The Holiday Shoebox Project for Women, which is an organization that collects gifts and items that are given to women who are impacted by homelessness. Offering a small gift is often a powerful reminder that these women are cared for and recognized within society during difficult times.

Ontario Trillium Foundation
It is with great excitement to share that the Hamilton Celtics Basketball Club has been chosen to receive the Resilient Communities Fund Grant through the Ontario Trillium Foundation! OTF invests in projects each year that assist in making Ontario communities healthier and more vibrant. This grant has allowed for our club to rebuild and recover from COVID-19 providing virtual training opportunities like our Back2Hoops Program coached by our very own Coach Mark Douglin and Coach Osha Joaquim. Our 6-month virtual program encourages our young players to keep up and master the fundamental basics of basketball during the pandemic. We would like to thank our MPP, Monique Taylor and the Ontario Trillium Fund for choosing our club to receive this grant. We are looking forward to resume our programs safely in the upcoming future, and wish our Celtic Family to stay safe and healthy during these times. We miss you! Learn more…
